Workplace Injury procedure

Guide on procedure to follow in the event of injury/accident during the internship.

If an injury occurs during the internship (hospital or non-hospital setting), the following procedure must be implemented within the following 48 hours, for insurance purposes:

• Procedure
• Form 1 – Self-certification of injury
• Form 2 – Self-certification by workplace chief
• Form 3 – Self-certification of injury for continuation or end of illness
• Memorandum for coordinators.

The new university insurance broker, "GBSAPRI S.p.A.", does not request any privacy statement in the opening phase of the claim but will send, once the accident case has been opened, a privacy form.
