Application for the Diploma Supplement
The Diploma Supplement (DS) is a supplementary document of the official qualification obtained at the end of a course of study at a university or higher education institution. It provides a description of the nature, level, context, content and status of the studies carried out and completed by the student according to a standard 8-point model, developed on the initiative of the European Commission, the Council of Europe and UNESCO. The document is written in Italian and English.
To request the Diploma Supplement, fill in the request form and, without attaching a stamp duty, send it to the Students Admin Office using the UPO risponde service.
The Diploma Supplement is issued, free of charge, usually within 15 days of application.
The Diploma Supplement is issued in digital format. If necessary, an original paper version with stamp and signature can be requested from the Teaching and Student Services Office, which must be collected from the Admin Office. The Admin Office will inform the student when it is ready for collection.
