Transfers and credit recognition

• Applications to transfer between teaching hubs may be submitted between 01 August and 30 September 2022.
• To request a transfer, you must fill in this form by the stated deadline.

The degree course council has decided to accept requests for transfer between campuses only for enrolments in the second year. The Degree Course reserves the right to establish a ranking if a university receives more applications than places available

Note: applications will not be evaluated in chronological criterion of submission of form; therefore, it is advisable to submit a form after attempting to pass the internship exam.

The Nursing degree programme will accept 6 transfers from other universities in the second year; one place for the hubs in Alessandria, Biella, Novara, Vercelli and 2 places for the Verbania site, in compliance with the following requirements:

• passing the first year internship exam at the home university

• the first-year internship exam at the home university must be worth at least 16 ECTS

Students who have taken a first-year internship exam with less than 19 credits (envisaged for the first year of the current system) will be assigned an hourly (internship) debt equal to 30 hours for each missing credit.

If more requests are received than the available places, a ranking will be established based on credits acquired and, in the event of equal merit, it will be granted to the youngest applicant.

The deadline for submitting applications expired on 2 September 2022. The results will be posted on this page.

To complete the procedure, send the following documents to: trasferimenti.inf@uniupo.it :

• Self-declaration of university course progress(with name of teaching, scientific disciplinary sector, CFU, date of passing) or PDF file of the online student record booklet;

• Copy of the program of all subjects passed

For students who will take the internship exam at their university in September, it will be possible to apply conditionally.

For increased efficiency in exam management, the Degree Course in Nursing has resolved to examine accreditation requests submitted by students within the following deadline: November 15, 2022. After this date, it will not be possible to submit an application referring to modules or courses of the current year.

APPLICATION FOR ACCREDITATION OF EXAMS

STEP 1: send to  allegati.scuolamed@uniupo.it  the form requesting recognition of academic credits (mod. 104). No revenue stamp need be applied, it will be uploaded by the Student Admin Office and you can pay for it through your personal account area on www.studenti.uniupo.it.

STEP 2: fill in the following online form by 15 November 2022:

Below are the instructions for completing exam validation request correctly. If requests are received that do not comply with the guidelines, the request will not be considered.

Students are invited to attach to the online form a self-declaration of their university programme records or the PDF of their online booklet.

The Nursing decree council has resolved not to recognise foreign qualifications for the academic year 2022 - 2023.
