LESSONS and PRACTICE

Lessons are frontal.   Please note these 3 essential points:

• the student must take exams with teachers from his/her course

1st YEAR OF COURSE

GROUP A: Students with surnames beginning with inititals A to G (Classroom PR-1, Istituto Salesiano in via Lanino, 1)

GROUP B: Students with surnames beginning with inititals H to Z (Classroom CS01, Campus Plot C in via Perrone, 18)

• Attendance at lessons is strongly recommended but not compulsory
• Students who wish to follow lessons scheduled for other groups may do so if there are sufficient seats

COMPULSORY LABORATORY HEALTH AND SAFETY COURSES - 1st YEAR

Before accessing the laboratory activities, first-year students must have completed the entire course on Health and Safety in the Workplace, consisting of two courses.

Both courses (A and B) must be completed before beginning lab work:

• A General Training course (4h) 2022/2023 edition (ACTIVE FROM 1 SEPTEMBER 2022): link to General Course
• B Specific Training Course in Medium-risk Health and Safety - (8h) 2022/2023 edition (ACTIVE FROM 1 SEPTEMBER 2022): link to Specific Course
• Anyone who already took both courses in UPO, and received the certification, is exempt from the new edition.
• Anyone who has already attended similar courses outside UPO, must send a scanned copy of the certificate to prevsic@uniupo.it to be evaluated.
